Viewtiful Joe(2004)

Viewtiful Joe is a Japanese anime series adapted from the video game franchise. In Movie Land, a world where film characters exist as real beings, the evil syndicate Jado manipulates movie content to control people in the real world. When Joe attends a screening of the hero film Captain Blue with his girlfriend Silvia, the story takes a dark turn—Captain Blue is defeated by Jado, and the syndicate's leader kidnaps Silvia, dragging her into the screen. Determined to rescue her, Joe transforms into a superhero and ventures into Movie Land to wage war against Jado. What follows is a vibrant, action-packed battle as Joe fights to save Silvia and stop the syndicate's plans for world domination.
