Work Out(2006)

Work Out is a reality series that aired on Bravo, following fitness trainers and models across California. The first three seasons centered on Jackie Warner's gym operations, her personal life, and the trainers working under her. After the show ended in June 2008, Bravo revived it with a new direction and cast. Warner departed following network concerns about her on-set dynamics. The revamped fourth season shifted focus to Greg Plitt, a fitness model and former Army Ranger who became the sole returning cast member, alongside seven new trainers. The series captures the competitive world of personal training and fitness entrepreneurship in California's health and wellness scene.
