Famine is a horror film set two years after a high-school prank leaves teacher Mr. Balszack scarred by flesh-eating acid. When the graduating class of Sloppy Secondary organizes a 24-Hour Famine charity event on campus, an uninvited guest arrives in disguise as the school's handyman mascot. This mysterious figure harbors a sinister hunger all his own, transforming the fundraiser into a nightmare. As the event unfolds, the students discover their charitable mission has attracted something far more dangerous than they bargained for. The film blends dark comedy with genuine scares, exploiting the irony of a starvation-themed event interrupted by a predator with very different appetites. Tension builds as the masked intruder stalks the grounds, forcing the students to confront both the consequences of their past cruelty and a present threat they cannot escape.
