Banana Girl: The Spliced Edition is a romantic comedy set during a chaotic banana harvest. When Phik-tsu collides with newcomer Bing-to, they damage crops and spark an unexpected connection. Their budding relationship catches the attention of Taipei businessman Liau Tsui-tsuann, who schemes to smuggle goods while pursuing Phik-tsu for himself. During a company outing, Liau's attempts to seduce her backfire in a series of comedic mishaps that only draw Phik-tsu and Bing-to closer together. As a typhoon threatens the plantation, the pair must navigate both natural disaster and Liau's interference to find their way to each other.
