El Santos vs la Tetona Mendoza is a Mexican comedy film following Santos, a heavyset pacheco fighter reeling from his divorce with La Tetona Mendoza, a fierce female fighter. Seeking escape from heartbreak, Santos launches a charitable campaign to aid the Sahuayo Zombies, but his good intentions spiral into a profitable enterprise that exploits him for gain. As the zombie population explodes into a full plague, Santos prepares drastic action—until the Peyote Murderer intervenes and eliminates the undead threat. Yet a zombie-free world proves far worse than anyone anticipated. Facing national catastrophe, Santos and the Peyote Murderer must set aside their differences and work together to save humanity. This absurdist tale blends lucha libre culture with horror-comedy elements in a distinctly Mexican style.
