Forbidden Sun(1988)

Forbidden Sun follows an Olympic gymnastics coach and her twelve students as they train on the Island of Crete. The intense demands of their athletic regimen leave little room for romance with locals, and the young athletes find themselves spending their evenings isolated and restless. Tensions simmer beneath the surface as the group navigates the constraints of their disciplined lifestyle against the backdrop of a sun-soaked Mediterranean setting.
