Two-Fisted Tales is a 1992 telefilm that presents three adventure stories drawn from classic EC Comics of the 1950s. A foul-mouthed, wheelchair-bound host named Mr. Rush guides viewers through "Showdown," "King of the Road," and "Yellow"—tales of crime, danger, and dark humor. The star-studded production was designed as a pilot for a new anthology series in the vein of Tales from the Crypt. When the film failed to attract an audience, its three segments were reedited and repurposed as episodes of the Crypt series itself.
