Fill'er Up is an adult film centered on a couple's unconventional journey to parenthood. When BiBi Jones and Tommy Gunn struggle with fertility, they turn to their close friends for help. Initial attempts to collect samples from friends Remy LaCroix and Manuel Ferrara, then Riley Reid and Marcus London, end in mishaps during intimate moments. Desperate for alternatives, BiBi and Tommy propose partner swapping with friends Kendall Karson and Bill Bailey. The film follows the couples as they explore this arrangement, blending comedy with explicit content as the characters navigate desire, friendship, and their quest to start a family.
