Deep Trouble(1993)

Deep Trouble is an action thriller following professional treasure hunter Charles Madigan, who arrives at Alice's home with devastating news: her father has died in a diving accident off Gibraltar's coast. While training underwater, Madigan discovers a submerged car containing recently stolen diamonds—a find he decides to keep. The discovery attracts the attention of ruthless gangster Arman Campana and uncovers the truth behind his friend's death. Madigan must convince police officer Paul Valence, who is also vying for Alice's affection, to join forces. Together they plot to use the diamonds as leverage in Madigan's quest for revenge against those responsible for the tragedy.
