Helen, Fred und Ted is a German comedy about three psychotherapists sharing a practice in Munich. Fred Czerny struggles to step back from his thriving career, so he brings in Ted Fröhlich, who champions holistic and modern therapeutic approaches. When Helen Cordes leaves her exhausting psychiatric clinic to join them, the trio discovers that running a shared practice creates its own pressures. Between managing demanding patients and navigating their tangled personal lives, the three therapists find themselves in need of therapy themselves.
