Cousins is a drama following Sam, a man trapped by trauma from an accident six years earlier that nearly killed him. Unable to move past the incident, Sam's psychiatrist prescribes a journey back to Manipal, the place where the tragedy occurred, hoping to unlock his suppressed memories. Sam travels with his cousins Georgy, Pauly, and Tony to retrace his steps and uncover the truth about what really happened during his time there. As the group revisits the past, they confront the events that have haunted Sam, seeking answers that might finally set him free.
