Delightful Water Universe is a science-fiction satire set in a dystopian near-future where incompetent leaders run the world, dissidents face imprisonment, and conspiracy theorists claim Bigfoot secretly controls television networks through a bizarre hat made of windshield wiper blades. Scott Vicious, a womanizing drifter, and Franklin Musclewhite, an unhinged revolutionary, emerge as unlikely heroes in humanity's fight for freedom. The film blends absurdist humor with sharp social commentary, following these two misfits as they navigate a corrupt system and challenge the forces keeping society under control. Their chaotic partnership becomes the last genuine resistance against a world spiraling into madness and authoritarian control.
