One More Mountain(1994)

One More Mountain is a historical drama following Margaret Reed, a wealthy Chicago woman forced into the Donner Party during their ill-fated 1846 wagon journey to California. As the group pushes toward the Sierra Nevada, an early winter storm traps them in the mountains with dwindling food and supplies. Margaret must draw on reserves of strength and determination she never knew she possessed to keep her family alive through the brutal conditions ahead.
