Frontier(2001)

Frontier follows a group of hapless explorers from Bulbovia as they attempt to colonize an uncharted world. What begins as a dutiful, orderly mission quickly unravels into absurdist chaos. Cut off from civilization, the colonists abandon their rigid customs and rational thinking, descending into increasingly bizarre and anarchic behavior—eating insects, desecrating nature, and abandoning social conventions. The film charts their transformation from buttoned-up settlers into feral, unmoored versions of themselves.
