Sleepers(1991)

Sleepers is a Cold War espionage thriller set during the thaw of glasnost. When the Kremlin realizes two Soviet agents sent undercover to England in 1965 have vanished, they dispatch a beautiful and ambitious Russian operative to London to find them. The mission spirals into a dangerous web of CIA, KGB, and MI-5 intrigue as the two lost agents, now fully assimilated into British life, fight to stay hidden. Caught between competing intelligence agencies and her own ambitions, the operative must navigate a landscape of deception where trust is a luxury no one can afford. The film explores themes of loyalty, identity, and the human cost of espionage during one of history's most tense geopolitical moments.
