Tie pimeään is a Finnish crime drama following Klaus Grahn, a disillusioned student who spirals into violence after forging a check to escape his mundane existence. When police close in, he flees to Tampere and commits armed robbery, shooting a taxi driver before returning to Helsinki. Hunted and increasingly paranoid, Klaus evades capture while those closest to him urge surrender. Desperate and enraged by their pleas, he descends further into darkness, culminating in a final, fatal confrontation with his loved ones.
