The Year of the Hare(1977)

The Year of the Hare is a Finnish film about a burned-out advertising executive who abandons his Helsinki career to escape into the wilderness. After rescuing a wounded hare hit by a car, Vatanen adopts the animal as his companion and retreats to remote Lapland, seeking peace and solitude.
