The War Boys is a crime drama following David as he returns home from his first year of college and reconnects with childhood friends Greg and George. The trio, once known for their reckless border patrols along the US-Mexican frontier, reunite with fresh ambitions. This time they attempt a more lucrative scheme: hijacking a semi-truck to steal and sell what they believe are black market televisions. Their plan to make quick money sets off a chain of events that tests their friendship and forces them to confront the consequences of their actions. The film explores themes of youthful misdirection and the darker impulses that drive small-town life.
