Gözleri Ömre Bedel(1964)

Gözleri Ömre Bedel is a Turkish drama about a grieving composer haunted by memories of his deceased wife. Years after her death, he remains trapped in mourning, pouring his anguish into his music. Unknown to him, his wife has survived and rebuilt her life as an alcoholic drifter, severing all ties to her past. When the two unexpectedly encounter each other following a late-night concert, the carefully constructed worlds they've inhabited begin to unravel. The film explores themes of loss, identity, and the possibility of redemption through a chance meeting that neither anticipated.
