Tell It to the Fishes(2006)

Tell It to the Fishes is a dark crime thriller about two men left for dead on an isolated beach with their feet encased in concrete. Finn, a small-time hood, finds himself abandoned as the tide rises—until Jack, the ruthless minor gangster who put him there, washes ashore nearby in the same predicament.
