Softball Boys(2010)

Softball Boys follows high school student Noguchi as he discovers there's no male softball team anywhere nearby. Convinced they can reach nationals, he convinces his friend Onitsuka to help launch a new club. Together they recruit enough players to form a competitive roster and begin training for their shot at the tournament. The film captures their journey as underdogs determined to prove themselves on the field, blending sports drama with the camaraderie of high school athletes building something from nothing. What starts as an unlikely idea becomes a genuine mission to compete at the highest level.
