Head Trauma(2006)

Head Trauma is a psychological horror film following George Walker, a drifter who returns home after two decades to settle his grandmother's estate. He discovers his childhood house condemned and abandoned, overrun by squatters. When George falls and suffers a head injury, he begins experiencing intense nightmares and waking visions that blur the line between reality and delusion. As these disturbing episodes intensify, George becomes convinced that someone—or something—is actively trying to kill him. The film explores whether his terror stems from genuine danger or from the psychological aftermath of his trauma, creating mounting dread as George struggles to distinguish truth from hallucination while trapped in his decaying family home.
