Thirst(2018)

Thirst follows two best friends whose bond fractures when a new girl arrives in their small town. Desperate to escape the tension, both men enlist in the U.S. Army and deploy to the Persian Gulf War. When their unit is captured by Iraqi forces, the former friends must set aside their rivalry and work alongside fellow prisoners of war to orchestrate a dangerous escape. The film explores loyalty, redemption, and survival as these men confront both external enemies and the conflicts that divide them. Caught between personal grudges and the brutal reality of war, they discover whether friendship can survive the ultimate test.
