Immoral(2008)

Immoral is a Japanese crime thriller that follows Tokyo's newly formed all-female Sex Crime Investigation Unit as it tackles a rising wave of stalker attacks. The department pairs an inexperienced theft detective with a community safety officer, then adds two seasoned investigators to bolster the team's capabilities. Underprepared for the brutal cases ahead, the unit struggles against public skepticism and media scrutiny—many view the squad as little more than a publicity stunt designed to rehabilitate the police station's tarnished reputation.
