Tears of April(2008)

Tears of April is a Finnish historical drama set during the nation's brutal civil war between the Whites and Reds. When a Red soldier is captured by White forces and sentenced to execution, a conflicted lieutenant faces an impossible choice: submit to a coercive relationship with his commanding officer to save the woman he loves. The film explores the devastating personal costs of war, loyalty, and survival as characters navigate moral compromise under extreme duress.
