Cadaver is a Thai horror film following Mai, a medical student whose first anatomy class encounter with a corpse unleashes a supernatural curse. Haunted by the ghost of a woman, Mai struggles to continue her studies despite warnings from her dean to abandon medicine. Her professor offers support, but Mai's fear deepens when she recognizes the apparition as Ning, the missing girlfriend of her ex-boyfriend Tos. As Mai investigates Ning's disappearance, her tenant reports repeated sightings of the ghost in their home. When a security guard contacts Mai with troubling information, she uncovers a dark secret connecting Tos and Ning's fates. Blending medical school anxiety with supernatural dread, Cadaver explores how the dead refuse to stay buried when their stories remain untold.
