Dhokha is a thriller set in post-9/11 Mumbai that explores betrayal and conspiracy. Zaid Ahmed Khan, a wealthy police assistant commissioner, discovers that his wife Sarha died in a terrorist attack on a nightclub—but not as a victim. She was the suicide bomber. Devastated and confused, Zaid uncovers evidence suggesting Sarha may have orchestrated the killings that left 20 dead. Determined to understand how his devout Islamic wife became a terrorist, he travels to Nasik to investigate. What he finds challenges everything he believed about her, pulling him into a web of deception where nothing is certain and everyone has secrets. The film examines loyalty, faith, and the dangerous line between victim and perpetrator.
