Truth be Told is a romantic comedy about a marriage counselor who risks everything for her dream job. Annie Morgan lands an opportunity to host a relationship talk show, but she's convinced that being single will cost her the role. She convinces an old college friend—a recent widower—to fake being her husband and pose as parents to his children. As the deception deepens, Annie must navigate the gap between the advice she gives on air and the messy reality unfolding behind the scenes. The film explores what happens when ambition collides with honesty, and whether a lie built on good intentions can ever lead somewhere true.
