Love, Pain and Vice Versa is a psychological thriller about Chelo, an architect haunted by vivid dreams of a stranger she believes is her soulmate. When she reports a rape to police and describes her dream man to a sketch artist, they identify Marcos, a physician—but Chelo insists he's not her attacker. Obsessed, she pursues him anyway, determined to make him fall in love with her, despite his engagement. The situation darkens when Marcos begins experiencing violent dreams of an unknown woman. As their timelines blur and reality fractures, the film explores whether the mind can deceive itself, weaving together obsession, fate, and the dangerous territory between dreams and waking life.
