Madhagaja(2021)

Madhagaja is a Kannada film about two feuding lords locked in a brutal struggle for control of water resources. When one lord's wife, desperate to protect her son from the violence consuming their land, sends him away to safety, he unexpectedly returns to the very battlefield she fought to spare him from. His homecoming becomes a source of anguish for his mother as he is drawn back into the cycle of conflict and bloodshed that defines their world. The film explores themes of duty, family, and the inescapable pull of war, set against a landscape where survival and honor clash at every turn.
