Wicked City(1992)

Wicked City is a supernatural action film set as a peace treaty between Earth and the Black World—a parallel demon universe—nears collapse. Human cop Taki and demon officer Maki are tasked with protecting a diplomat crucial to negotiating a new accord. A militant faction of demons from the Black World plots to assassinate the diplomat and sabotage the treaty, threatening both worlds with war.
