La solapa(2019)

La solapa is an Argentine horror film set during a sweltering summer in Entre Ríos. When Malena frightens her younger brother Santiago with a terrifying legend about a monster that preys on children who refuse to sleep, she dismisses the tale as mere folklore. Bored and restless, she ventures into the nearby bush searching for a cell phone signal, unaware that her casual walk under the blazing sun will trigger a series of horrifying consequences. What begins as a mundane afternoon becomes a descent into genuine terror as the line between myth and reality blurs, and the legend Malena once used to scare her brother takes on a sinister, tangible form.
