Sharpe's Justice(1997)

Sharpe's Justice is a historical drama set in England during the summer of 1814. With his reputation restored, Richard Sharpe returns home and is assigned to command a local militia in his northern hometown, where machine-breakers and civil unrest threaten stability. Caught between the corrupt gentry and the working-class masses he once belonged to, Sharpe confronts a moral crisis. The rough, spirited people are brutally suppressed by their superiors, forcing him to choose between duty to authority and loyalty to his own people. Sharpe faces one of the most difficult decisions of his military career, torn between two worlds that demand his allegiance.
