Aai(2004)

Aai is a Tamil drama that unfolds through dual timelines. In the present day, Sakthivel sells electrical accessories in Palani alongside his friend Palani, until he meets and falls for Anjali. A flashback reveals his military past: as an officer, Sakthivel and his friend Mani once attempted to reform society by taking corrupt police officers hostage during a vacation.
