John Fogerty: Comin' Down the Road(2009)
John Fogerty: Comin' Down the Road is a concert film capturing the legendary rocker's triumphant return to London's Royal Albert Hall after 37 years away. His last performance there came in 1971 with Creedence Clearwater Revival. Over an hour and forty minutes, Fogerty and his band traverse his entire catalogue, from swamp rock classics like "Born on the Bayou" and "Proud Mary" to solo hits including "Old Man Down the Road" and "Fortunate Son." The setlist also features the previously unreleased title track "Comin' Down the Road." Backed by longtime collaborators Kenny Aronoff on drums, Billy Burnette on guitar, and Jason Mowery on fiddle and lap steel, Fogerty delivers a career-spanning performance. His sons Shane and Tyler join as special guests, making the evening a genuine family celebration of American rock and roll.
