My Sunny Maad is a drama following Herra, a young Czech woman who marries Nazir and moves to post-Taliban Afghanistan, unprepared for the life that awaits her. As Herra navigates unfamiliar customs and family dynamics, she discovers the hidden struggles of the women around her.
