The Secret Force(1995)

The Secret Force is a sci-fi thriller following three Vietnam veterans who become unwilling subjects of a covert government program. Designed to transform ordinary soldiers into unstoppable killing machines, the project forces the men to confront both the military machinery controlling them and their own fractured identities. As they struggle against their conditioning, the vets must decide whether to comply with their handlers or fight back against the system that created them.
