A Girl's Grit(1915)

A Girl's Grit is a silent-era crime film following two bank robbers, Cherry and Newton, as they flee Orlock after a heist. Racing toward Lone Point, the criminals sabotage the telephone lines to cover their tracks. Helen, a young woman at the local station, discovers news of the robbery but remains unaware that the fugitives are heading straight for her. When Newton and his accomplice arrive, they hold her up at gunpoint, setting off a tense confrontation. The film captures the desperation of criminals on the run and the unexpected courage of an ordinary girl caught in their path.
