EMR(2004)

EMR is a paranoid thriller following Adam, an Englishman who wakes from a seizure thousands of miles from home to discover one of his kidneys has been surgically removed. Suspicion falls on Phenal, a shadowy pharmaceutical company he believes is orchestrating his suffering. As Adam's desperation mounts, he finds himself unable to trust anyone around him—friends, strangers, authorities all become potential threats. The film explores the psychological unraveling of a man caught in what may be a conspiracy, or may be the product of his own fractured mind. With each revelation, the line between genuine danger and paranoid delusion grows increasingly blurred, trapping Adam in a nightmare where survival means questioning everyone.
