Exodos is a satirical film about Boris Eichenbaum, a disillusioned photographer struggling with malaise in the modern Western world. Sickened by relentless economic and climate crisis coverage, Boris finds himself unable to engage with the life around him. When he meets Jackie, a young activist, she reignites his dormant resistance and pushes him toward radical action. Yet Boris soon discovers that even refusal and rebellion have been commodified by the very capitalist system he despises. Desperate to escape, he makes an impulsive decision: flee to Greece. The film explores themes of alienation, activism, and the paradox of resistance in late capitalism, blending dark comedy with existential critique.
