Incarnation is a supernatural thriller following Sister Talia, a nun on the verge of taking her perpetual vows, who discovers her friend Thuy has died under mysterious circumstances. When another friend, Trang, becomes possessed by a demon, Talia uses her abilities as a medium to perform an exorcism and teams with Detective Oh to investigate a disturbing string of suicides. Their investigation reveals that Thuy's mother Chao, a Vietnamese shaman, has cursed victims with "Go"—a dark spell that compels them toward death. Learning that Chao intends to pass the curse to Thuy's young daughter Jin, Talia makes a desperate choice to absorb the curse herself.
