Kartoos is an action thriller set against the backdrop of the 1993 Mumbai bombings. When a terrorist attack kills over 150 people, ACP Jay Suryavanshi pursues the mastermind, Jagat Jogia, who has fled to London. Unable to apprehend him through conventional means, Jay recruits Jeet Balraj, a death-row killer, offering him freedom in exchange for assassinating Jogia. Relocated to London with money and false documents, Jeet meets Manpreet Kaur and falls in love, hoping to leave his violent past behind. But Jay has hidden motives, and Jagat is hunting Jeet as well. Caught between two dangerous men with identical goals—his elimination—Jeet must navigate a deadly game where trust is a luxury he cannot afford. The film explores redemption, betrayal, and survival in a world where the line between hunter and hunted blurs.
