Personal Weapon(1992)

Personal Weapon is a Russian crime drama following a Moscow police officer sent to investigate a murder in the provincial town of Limansk. When Lyubov Virtanen arrives to probe the killing of an ordinary cop, she quickly becomes a source of friction with the local authorities who prefer to keep the case quiet.
