Remembering You(1996)

Remembering You is a Korean drama about three orphaned friends bound by hardship and ambition. Jeong Shik, rescued from the streets after stealing bread, joins Seong Gyu and Min Wook in their struggle to escape poverty. When the trio is humiliated at a wealthy girl's birthday party, Jeong Shik becomes obsessed with money as the path to respect and security. Meanwhile, Min Wook's rage over losing his girlfriend to the privileged Kang Cheol consumes him, driving him toward a dangerous quest for revenge. As the friends' lives spiral in different directions, their bond is tested by class conflict, jealousy, and the weight of their shared past.
