Videogames is a Spanish coming-of-age drama about two best friends facing an unbearable separation. When Rocío learns her closest companion is moving away and changing schools, she spirals into spite and resentment. Unable to process the loss, she channels her pain into escalating conflict with the person who means most to her. Their bond fractures irreversibly during a tense arcade duel at the place where they've spent countless afternoons together. The film captures the raw emotional devastation of adolescent friendship and how grief can transform love into anger in an instant.
