Wolf is a 2024 action-horror film set in Roman Britain around 150 AD. When four Roman messengers vanish in plague-stricken Caledonia, Rome dispatches ten of its finest soldiers across Hadrian's Wall to retrieve them. Led by Captain Domitius and warriors Grackus and Nerva, the legion soon discovers their missing comrades are the least of their concerns. A mysterious beast stalks them through the wilderness, picking them off one by one as they attempt to return to the wall. Outnumbered and outmatched, the soldiers must fight not just for Rome and Caesar, but for their own survival. As their numbers dwindle, the question becomes whether anyone will live to warn Rome of the horrors lurking beyond the frontier.
