Amazon Riders is a Japanese tokusatsu series following two protagonists whose bodies harbor dormant experimental cells that awaken, transforming them into dangerous creatures called Amazons. Jin Takayama and Haruka Mizusawa gain the power to become Kamen Riders Amazon Alpha and Amazon Omega, taking on the responsibility to eliminate the rapidly multiplying Amazon threat. The series blends action-packed transformation sequences with a darker tone, exploring the burden of wielding superhuman abilities while battling an existential menace. As the Amazons spread, the two riders must master their newfound powers and confront the origins of the cells within them, all while questioning whether they can maintain their humanity in the fight for survival.
