GTO in Taiwan(2014)

GTO in Taiwan is a series that follows the unconventional teacher Onizuka as he travels to Taiwan for a one-week teaching assistant program at a local high school, bringing his friend Ryuuji along. Upon arrival, they discover the school is controlled by a corrupt businessman who has used his wealth and influence to dominate the city's development. His son runs the institution like a personal fiefdom, bullying students and staff with impunity—anyone who resists faces expulsion. Onizuka finds himself oddly suited to this chaotic environment, while Ryuuji becomes entangled with a mysterious girl fleeing from thugs. As old acquaintance Saejima surfaces with his own agenda, Onizuka must navigate cultural differences and institutional corruption to make a real difference in his students' lives.
