Toubousha(2020)

Toubousha is a Japanese remake of The Fugitive. Elite surgeon Kazuki Kakurai returns home from emergency surgery to discover his wife and housekeeper murdered. He glimpses the real killer before being knocked unconscious, then awakens to find himself framed for the double homicide. Convicted and sentenced to death, Kazuki escapes during a prison transfer and becomes a fugitive. Now on the run, he must evade the determined Detective Masami Hosaka while hunting for evidence to prove his innocence. The series follows Kazuki's desperate bid to clear his name and expose the true murderer before the law catches up with him.
