Trevor's World of Sport(2003)

Trevor's World of Sport is a 2003 BBC sitcom written and directed by Andy Hamilton, starring Neil Pearson as Trevor Heslop. Set at TS Sports, a sports PR firm, the series follows Trevor—an honest man navigating a corrupt, money-driven industry alongside his sleazy partner Sammy Dobbs. Caught between his principles and the demands of celebrity management, Trevor remains devoted to his estranged wife Meryl while handling their only regular client, fading star Ralph Renton. Despite strong opening ratings of 3.4 million viewers, the show's single season suffered from scheduling changes that frustrated Hamilton, who publicly criticized the BBC's handling. A radio adaptation followed on BBC Radio 4, with new series in 2004, 2005, and 2007. The cast features several actors from Hamilton's earlier work, including Neil Pearson and Michael Fenton Stevens.
